How to do it?
1- Registration
Choose the contact person for the group of participants, referent to Vert Nature who will take charge of and enter the group order on its behalf. The latter must create his customer account by filling in the requested fields, i.e. at least surname, first name, postal address, and email address. A specific delivery address for this order can be entered.
2- Entering the order
Group together the quantities requested by each for each product reference, then enter a single (grouped) order online on the account of the referent interlocutor, favoring the purchase in batches (- 10% on the unit price) and kits ( -15% to -20% depending on the kit on the retail price). The rates shown already take these reductions into account.
3- Means of payment and invoice:
- A single payment imperatively made directly online by the referent interlocutor will allow faster processing within 24 hours of your order.
- Failing this, you can also choose the method of payment by check or bank transfer then make the single transfer and/or send us the global check by post, specifying the order reference on the back of the check.
Take into account the additional postal delay for us to receive your mail before preparing your order.
Note that the transfer time for bank transfers is sometimes several days, depending on the issuing bank.
Any grouped order can only be shipped upon receipt of full payment.
A single invoice for the total amount will be issued. (It is not possible to edit several individualized invoices for a single order)
