Purified mugwort wool is a "cotton-like" material made from crushed mugwort leaves, carefully cleaned of all impurities, resulting in a very malleable and shapeable fiber.

This form is ideal for crafting mugwort cones placed on slices of ginger or garlic (acting as an intermediate layer between the skin and the burning mugwort) for use in direct moxibustion.

It is also suitable for creating warm needles (mugwort balls on acupuncture needles).

It is particularly recommended for deep treatments and recurring conditions.

The mugwort is harvested during the summer solstice, when the sun's "fire" energy is at its peak, making its active principle more invigorating.

The complete absence of paper gives off an even more pleasant aroma.
