Transport of your parcel
Parcels are generally shipped on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays (except public holidays, harvest days and production days) after receipt of your payment.
Please make sure your delivery address is accurate and complete: in case of non-delivery due to an incorrect address, additional shipping costs would be charged to you.
The standard shipping method is tracked Colissimo, delivered without signature, or a pick-up point. We will provide you with a tracking number so that you can follow your delivery online.
Shipping costs within mainland France by Colissimo include a fixed contribution to postal costs, regardless of the size of your order.
For international deliveries, shipping costs are calculated according to weight, destination and the selected carrier. Packaging and handling are not charged.
Shipping costs apply to each delivery address. If an order is delivered to several locations, shipping costs will be charged for each destination. We therefore recommend grouping your purchases into a single order delivered to one address, especially for group orders.
Special care is taken in packaging your parcel to ensure optimal protection during transport. Please check the condition of the parcel on receipt: if a product is damaged or defective, or in case of a delivery error, please let us know within 48 hours, with photos, at infos@vertnature.fr. Return costs will then be covered and an exchange or refund will be offered.
Parcels delivered without signature are placed in your letterbox. Delivery is deemed to have taken place on the date of deposit shown in the carrier's tracking, and the risks of loss or theft pass to you from that deposit. We advise you to collect your parcel as soon as possible after delivery: we cannot be held liable for theft occurring after the parcel has been placed in the letterbox.
Once your order is available at the pick-up point, you have the time set by the carrier to collect it (5 days for Mondial Relay). If it is not collected within this time, the parcel is returned to us, which may take several weeks to several months: we can only refund or re-ship your order once we have received it. Re-shipping costs are then borne by you, together with the non-collection fees charged to us by the carrier. In the event of a refund request, only the products are refunded, excluding the initial shipping costs. We therefore recommend collecting your parcel as soon as possible.
Return policy
In accordance with current legislation, you have fourteen (14) days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without giving any reason or paying penalties, provided that the products are returned in their original packaging, unopened and unused.
For hygiene and safety reasons related to the specific use of moxibustion products, any product that has been opened or used, or whose packaging has been damaged, cannot be accepted for return or refunded.
The refund is made within 14 days, which may be postponed until the returned products have been received. It includes the price of the products and the initial delivery costs, up to the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered. Return costs are borne by you, except in case of an error on our part or a defective product.
Before any return, please contact our customer service at infos@vertnature.fr to obtain authorisation and return instructions.
