At Vert Nature, we have replaced our former quantity-based discount system with a loyalty points program. Why? Because the old system only benefited those who ordered in large quantities, while the points program rewards all loyal customers, including those who order regularly in small quantities. Every purchase counts!

How do I earn points?

It's automatic: with every delivered order, you receive points calculated on your purchase amount (excluding delivery costs).

⚠️ Some products do not earn points, in particular accessories from third-party suppliers such as acupuncture needles. These products are clearly identified on their product pages.

How much is a point worth?

The value of a point is set at €0.50 and may change over time. The applicable value is the one in force at the time you convert your points into a discount voucher.

How long are points valid?

Your points are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. After this period, unconverted points are lost.

Generated discount vouchers are valid for 1 year from their creation date.

How do I view my points?

Click on your profile in the top right corner, choose "My account", then in the menu click on "My loyalty points". You will find:

  • your order history and associated points
  • your total available points
  • your already generated discount vouchers

How do I convert my points into a discount voucher?

  1. Go to the My loyalty points page
  2. Check your total available points
  3. Click on "Convert my points into a voucher"
  4. Your voucher is immediately created and available in your account
💡 Tip: points accumulate across all your orders. Wait until you have enough for a more valuable voucher — but remember to convert them before they expire!

How do I use my discount voucher?

On your next order, enter your voucher code in the "Do you have a promo code?" field at checkout.

Terms and conditions

  • Points are credited only after delivery of your order
  • Points are cancelled in case of order cancellation
  • Points are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase
  • The value of a point may change; the applicable value is the one in force at the time of conversion
  • Some products (third-party supplier accessories) do not earn points
  • Vouchers are single-use and non-refundable
