How do you use a moxa stick?

1. Light the end of the stick until you obtain a steady ember
2. Hold it 2–3 cm from the point to be treated, without touching the skin
3. Make gentle circular or back-and-forth movements
4. Extinguish it carefully after use by pressing it into sand or ashes
